Failure to cooperate may delay or limit service outcomes.

All payments for consulting services, programs, or digital products are due upfront unless otherwise specified.

Payments are non-refundable, including deposits, consulting fees, digital course purchases, or completed service work.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Attempting a chargeback will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal pursuit for outstanding balances.

Clients may reschedule consultations with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiting the session.

We respect the privacy of all clients and handle information responsibly.
However, we may share information when required to comply with legal obligations or prevent fraud.

All educational materials, documents, videos, templates, curricula, and content provided by Virtually NY LLC are protected by copyright.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any materials without written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

While our consulting strategies and real estate education are designed to assist clients, we do not guarantee:

Business growth

Real estate investment returns

Profitability

Funding approvals

Any financial outcome

Client success depends on personal implementation, effort, and market conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtually NY LLC is not liable for:

Market fluctuations

Damages arising from reliance on educational content

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
